Ichthyosis and Prematurity Syndrome is a rare, syndromic congenital ichthyosis characterized by premature birth (usually at 30-32 weeks’ gestation) and epidermal changes such as thick scaling, neonatal respiratory asphyxia, and persistent eosinophilia.
