Exfoliated skin syndrome
- Beginning: Birth.
- Clinical picture: Mild.
- Non-syndromic: Does not affect other organs besides the skin.
It presents lesions which are similar to atopic dermatitis with intense itching, whitish exfoliative scaling, generalized and of variable size.
It presents alterations in the nails which can be between severe and moderate. It is usually associated with food allergies or other atopias (episodes of angioedema, urticaria and asthma).
